Installation Course of F2-S19 Oil Cooler

Step 1：Remove the fan screws

Step 2：Remove the screws on the panel

Step 3：Remove 8 screws of the fan

Step 4：Remove the power supply and junction box screws

Step 5：Open panel box

Step 6：Unplug the fan

Step 7：Install the fan simulator

Step 8：Fix the fan simulator

Step 9：Open the power housing

Step 10：Locate the fan connector for the power supply

Step 11：Unplug the power fan

Step 12：Install the power housing

Step 13：The power supply fan only needs to be disconnected from the power supply and does not need to be disassembled. It can be retained on the power box

Step 14：Disassemble the baffle of the force calculation plate

Step 15：Remove the baffle of the force calculation plate on the other side

Step 16：Remove the interface between the force calculation board and the power supply. (Only second-hand mining machines need to pull out the force calculating board to clear the dust, and new mining machines do not need to pull out the force calculating board, skip steps 17 to 22)

Step 17：Disassemble the data line interface of the force calculation board

Step 18：Unplug the data cable of the force calculation board and remove the dust

Step 19：Pull out the force calculation board in turn, and install it back to the original position after dust removal

Step 20：Remove the dust in turn and then replace it

Step 21：Replace the baffle of the force calculating plate. (The baffle must be installed back to fix the function of the force calculating plate)

Step 22：Replace the force calculation plate baffle on the other side

Step 23：Install the hand grip. (The lifting handle must be installed. It is difficult to take out the miner when it is soaked in oil, so it is necessary to take out the miner.)
